StrawBro is a workout and nutrition app for iPhone. This page explains what data it uses.

Everything stays on your iPhone

Your profile (first name, email if you choose to give it, color), your measurements (age, height, weight, sex), your workouts, meals, weigh-ins, lessons, check-ins, photos (meals, progress, profile photo) and gems are stored only on your iPhone.

The developer has no access to them: the app has no server and never sends your data anywhere.

Export or delete your data

You can export or delete your data at any time from Profile › Profile and data. Deleting the app also deletes all of its data.

No AI, no server

The app runs entirely on your phone: the food database, lessons, plans and check-ins are computed locally. No data is sent to an AI service or to the developer.

What the app does not do

• No ads.
• No usage analytics, no tracking.
• No selling or sharing of data.
• No in-app purchases for now.

Permissions (always optional)

• Photos and camera: only the photo you pick, for a meal, your progress photos or your profile photo. It stays on your iPhone.
• Notifications: to tell you when your rest time is over.

strawbro.com uses no cookies, no trackers and no analytics.

Children

StrawBro is not directed at children and collects no data.

Changes

If the app changes (for example when a paid subscription arrives), this page will be updated first, with a new date at the top.
